Cheese Ball or Log

This was what Mom (Kerri Carlin) would make for Christmas treats for neighbors and friends.

Ingredients

• 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
• 8 ounces shredded mild cheddar, Jack or cheese of your preference
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• ½ c. pecans or walnuts (to taste)
• Paprika

Method

1. Mix ingredients into creamy ball in mixer.
2. Spread clean sheet of wax paper out and shape into ball or log.
3. Sprinkle an even layer of paprika over another sheet of wax paper and roll the log/ball in it.
4. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight until firm.
