Cheesy Potatoes (Funeral Potatoes)

Ingredients

• 1 Bag- Shredded Hash Browns
• 1 - 16oz Container Sour Cream
• 2 Cups- Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Onion (diced)
• 2 Cans- Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 2 Tbsp- Milk
• 1/2 Cup- Cheddar Cheese (for topping)

Method

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Notes

Place in a sprayed pan. Top with cheddar cheese.
