Oreo Cookie Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs- Oreo Cookies
• 8oz- Cream Cheese
• 1 Large Carton of Cool Whip
• 2 Pkgs- Instant Vanilla Pudding
• 1 Stick- Butter
• 3 1/2 Cups Milk

Method

1. Crush Oreos and put in a large pan. Keep some out to sprinkle on top.
2. Melt butter and drizzle on cookies to make a crust. Press down.
3. Mix pudding, cream cheese and milk.
4. Spread on cookie crust.
5. Top with Cool Whip and rub extra cookies above cool whip to create cookie dust topping.

Notes

If you don't want your cream cheese filling to be lumpy, always use a hand mixer to mix the cream cheese and slowly add the pudding a small spoonful at a time while mixing. No lumps!
