Plain Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups- Graham Crackers
- 1/3 Cup- Brown Sugar
- 1/2t- Cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup- Melted Butter
- 24oz- Cream cheese (3 boxes)
- 1 Cup- Sugar
- 3- Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- 1t- Vanilla
- 1 Cup- Sour Cream
Method
- Preheat to 350. Mix all ingredients except sour cream.
- Beat 10 minutes with mixer. Add sour cream and beat 2 more minutes.
- Pour into crumb lined pan.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Turn off oven, leave door ajar and leave cake in oven for at least 1 hour.
- Refrigerate.
