Soft Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup- Butter
• 1/2 Cup- Shortening
• 1 Cup- Sugar
• 3- Eggs
• 3 1/2 Cup- Flour
• 1 t- Soda
• 2 t- Cream of Tartar
• 1/2t- Vanilla

Method

1. Preheat to 350. Cream butter, shortening, and sugar.
2. Add eggs, blend well.
3. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Bake on ungreased sheet for 7-8 min.
