Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

• 1 Cup- Butter
• 16 oz- Sour Cream
• 8 oz- Cream Cheese
• 1 1/2 Cup- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 1 Bag- Frozen Spinach
• 1 Can- Chopped Artichoke Hearts
• 1 Jalapeno (diced) or 4 oz can Jalapeno
• 2 Cloves- Garlic

Method

1. Melt together (then boil for a little bit):. 1 Cup- Butter, 16 oz- Sour Cream, 8 oz- Cream Cheese, 1 1/2 Cup- Parmesan Cheese.
2. Place in blender the items below: 1 Bag- Frozen Spinach, 1 Can- Chopped Artichoke Hearts, Diced Jalapenos, 2 Cloves- Garlic.
3. Add blender items to melted items and stir together.
4. Place in a covered pan and put in oven. 400 degrees for 20 min or until bubbly.
