Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 4 Cups- Grated Zucchini
• 6 Eggs
• 2 Cups- Oil or Applesauce
• 2 Tbsp- Vanilla
• 4 Cups- Sugar
• 2 t- Brown Sugar
• 2 t- Baking Powder
• 1 t- Salt
• 3 Tbsp- Cinnamon
• 6 Cups- Flour

Method

1. Preheat oven to 325. Mix ingredients together.
2. Line the bread pans with a brown paper bag to allow the bread to come out easier.
